Shipping times

- Orders received before 13:00 usually ship the same day.

- Orders received after 13:00 typically ship the next business day.


Returns

We’re happy to accept returns for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

-Please make sure the item you are returning is:

- in the same condition that you received it

- unused

- with tags

- in its original packaging

You’ll also need your order number. To ensure the return process goes smoothly, please contact us at hello@bindiak.ch BEFORE sending any items back.  We’ll send you a shipping label along with instructions.

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund except in cases where the item is defective or we sent the wrong product (see Damaged or Incorrect Orders).


Refunds

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and let you know if your refund has been approved.

- If approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 calendar days after approval.

- Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or you are returning a defective product.

- We’re also unable to refund customs duties or taxes paid on international orders.

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@bindiak.ch.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process above.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We appreciate you inspecting your order when you receive it and contacting us within 3 business days of receipt if any items are:

- damaged

- defective

- incorrect

We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you and provide a full refund for the item and associated shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that:

- Sale items

- Gift cards

are final sale and cannot be returned.
